9.- Cancellation policy

At Stikets we work to offer you high quality personalised products that are tailored to your needs. Although personalised products are unique, at Stikets we exceptionally offer you the possibility to return them. Our customer service team is ready to assist you in this process. You have a period of 30 calendar days from receipt of the order. After having received and verified the return, the refund will be made within 10 working days, using the same payment method used for the initial transaction. Stikets is not responsible for the return shipping costs. Please complete the form on this page.

10.- The conditions of use of this website are indefinite. The Stikets Company, S.L. reserves in any case the unilateral right to modify the conditions of access to them, as well as the contents included in them or the conditions of use of its free hosting service of articles, contained in this document.

11.-  Stikets reserves the right to reject any order, cancel it or not accept a confirmed order by notifying you in writing or by telephone in the following situations, without being responsible for any damage or cost other than the refund of the amount received from you in relation to the cancelled Contract.

12.- Stikets offers a two-year guarantee from the date of purchase of the labels. These are products that respond to heat and the passage of time, so no claims will be accepted after this period of time. It is recommended to store the labels in a dry place at room temperature for a good conservation. All materials used in the manufacture of the labels are of the highest quality

The warranty procedure can be triggered in the event that the defect is NOT caused by:
 

• Accident or negligence
• Improper use or inadequate maintenance
• Changes made without Stikets' permission
• Normal deterioration or natural wear and tear

If, on the other hand, an error or defect is detected in the production or shipping process, the product will be replaced or paid for within the warranty period. In this case, please contact help@stikets.ie with the following information:
